Frequently Asked Questions

Open the app, tap "Add Account" and scan the WhatsApp Web QR Code from the phone of the account you want to link. Repeat for each additional account, up to a maximum of 20.

Check that your internet connection is stable, update WhatsApp to the latest version and try closing and reopening WhatsWeb. If the issue persists, clear the app cache from your system settings.

Make sure the main phone for that account is online, since WhatsApp requires active syncing. Tap the account inside WhatsWeb to force a refresh, and if needed, remove the account and reconnect with a new QR Code.

From the WhatsWeb home screen, tap the account you want to open. You can switch between all your linked accounts with a single tap — no login or logout required.

Visit Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS), search for "WhatsWeb" and tap "Update". We recommend keeping automatic updates enabled so you always have the latest fixes and improvements.

Yes. WhatsWeb supports text messages, photos, videos, documents, audio, locations and contacts — exactly like the original WhatsApp.

Inside the connected account, open the logged-in user's profile and tap "Disconnect". The account will be removed from WhatsWeb without affecting your messages or data in the main WhatsApp.

Yes. WhatsWeb does not store your messages on external servers — all communication happens between your device and WhatsApp. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
